What platforms can we use to submit video on my entry form?
If you choose to upload your video via the “Video Management” platform, you need to make sure that your entry has been submitted beforehand.
Once this is done, go to your “Video Management” located on the right of your screen > Scroll down to “Video list title” > Click on “Add new Video” > Allow “Download” and “Sharing” > Upload your video. Once the video is uploaded, go back to your dashboard > Scroll down to your “Submitted entries” section > Click on “Actions” > Click on “Associate video” > Select your video.
Otherwise, you can submit a video link, located before the “Image upload“. You can provide a Vimeo link, YouTube, or Dropbox. Please avoid using video links like WeTransfer, that expire after a set time, to ensure we have time to view the entries after the closing date.

What do we do if I want to change something on my entry?

How do I get a copy of my entry?
You can access to your PDF submission on your Broadcast Digital Account.
Please go to your “Dashboard” > Scroll down to your “Submitted Entries” > Click on the “Actions” button on the right of your screen and then “Print Entry“.
You will be able to have access to your PDF.
I can’t access my entry, how do I reset my password?
Please click here and click on “Reset your password” located under the “Sign in” button.
An automatic email will be sent to your registered email address and you will be able to reset your password.
Can I have another extension for the entries?
Can I have a feedback about my entry?
Unfortunately, due to the number of entries we receive, we are unable to provide feedback on individual entries.
Is anything missing on my entry form?
Please double check in your submission PDF/entry form to ensure that all the mandatory sections are filled out and that no important information is missing.
Please double check that you have supplied a video link or uploaded/associated your video via the “Video Management”.
Once this is done, you can generate your invoice and pay either via credit card or BACS.
Where will you be using the images and the video uploaded with me entry form?
The video link will be used by the Broadcast editorial team and the judges to review your entry.
The images supplied maybe used in the Awards coverage in the magazine; we may use the images to represent your entry on the Awards slides at the event.
We suggest you send images that best represent the entry.
Can you tell me if I won an award?
Unfortunately not, the winners are only announced at the Awards night. We do not tell winners in advance on the event.
How do I get a copy of my invoice?
The invoice has been sent to you on a separate email. You will also be able to access it on your Broadcast Digital account.
Please go to your “Dashboard” > Scroll down to your “Submitted Entries” section and check your “Payment Status“.
You will be then able to download your invoice.
Can I delay my payment?
Please contact our Finance team at email@example.com and they will advise you.
How do I generate my invoice?
You have submitted your entry, please click on “Preview Invoice” and then “Generate”, you will then receive your invoice directly via email.
Can I pay with multiple credit cards?
It is possible, but please contact our Finance team at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange this.
Do you accept American Express?
We do accept American Express; however you won’t be able to pay online, you will need to speak directly to a member of our Finance department;
they will be able to take payment over the phone on 01733 207324.
How do I add a PO number to my invoice?
If your invoice has already been generated, please contact our Finance team at email@example.com, and they will be able to add your PO number to your invoice.
Could you resend me an invoice with a PO number?
Please contact our Finance team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be able to assist
What are the dates for the upcoming Awards?
In light of the COVID-19 situation, we are currently looking to move the Awards to a date later in the year.
As the event date nears, we knew it was the responsible thing to do and postpone the event to later in 2020, when we hope that this crisis will have passed.
Our participants’ health and safety, and that of our own teams, is our number one priority, and we are hope that you would agree.
We are of course hoping that you will be able to join us at the Awards in the same capacity once we have the new date fixed and we will be sure to keep you posted on this.
How will judging of the Awards take place?
In light of the current situation, the judging will be taking place via a video conference call and will be chaired by a member of the Broadcast editorial team.
When will you we know if we have been shortlisted?
Once the judging happens, we will contact you to let you know if you have been shortlisted. We are hoping this will be at some point in early June.
Who will be presenting the Awards?
At this stage, we are not sharing the Awards host.
Do you have running order/timings for the Awards yet?
We have not yet confirmed the running order of the Awards; in regard to the timings on the night, these will also be shared closer to the event.

Do you give complimentary ticket to the nominees?
Unfortunately, we do not offer complimentary tickets to those shortlisted.
