She brings over 20 years’ experience across broadcast, digital, streaming and brand-funded content, holding senior leadership roles at BBC Studios (Vice President, Digital Programming), Fremantle (Digital Director) and ITV (Head of Entertainment). Her work has spanned award-winning UK and global franchises including Bluey, Doctor Who, Top Gear and Britain’s Got Talent. 

Working upstream of production, Athena helps partners shape and structure digital-first IP, audience growth strategies and commercial models built for long-term value. She is an industry-recognised speaker and moderator, known for bridging creative ambition with commercial reality.
