Ben Powell-Jones
Ben started his career in TV, working at several indies, the BBC and finally EndemolShine where he worked his way to International Format Executive. Moving across to LADbible Group as Creative Director, he started their original content division, leading a team that created all their original IP from Snack Wars and Agree To Disagree to Minutes With and The Gap. He started their (now 3.5 million sub) YouTube channel and originals TikTok accounts and managed activation across all other platforms.
18 months ago Ben and Thom Gulseven started Strong Watch Studios which aims to bring the quality of TV production to the budgets and reach of digital.
In their first 18 months they have made content for The BBC, ITV, Channel 4, 4.0, Komi, Mumsnet, The Match For Hope, JD Sports, and The Royal Foundation amongst others, as well as running channel management for major brands and creating original content for their own brand People Are Deep.
