Cara joined Mentorn in 2024 to lead a new phase of development at the documentary, factual and fact ent stalwart. She was previously Head of Development at Love Productions, VP Development and Digital at both WAG Entertainment and Antidote Productions, and began her TV career as a Senior Associate Producer at Zig Zag.
