Cat Spooner is an experienced Head of Casting specialising in unscripted television, with a track record across some of the UK’s most high‑profile reality and factual entertainment series. Currently leading casting at CPL Productions, she oversees casting and welfare strategy for major formats including Married at First Sight UK (E4), Love is Blind UK (Netflix) and upcoming reality competition series, The Hunt (C4). Cat previously held senior roles at Studio Lambert, Sony and Initial TV; contributing to international iterations of The Circle across the UK, US, Brazil and France and several series of Big Brother. Cat was awarded Broadcast’s ‘Hot Shot’ in 2025 and previously Guardian’s ‘Ones to Watch’.
