Jonathan Pascoe is a skilled people leader with extensive experience producing entertainment, factual and news content for digital, TV and audio platforms. He is passionate about cultivating talent and crafting engaging content for diverse audiences.

Since joining Listen in mid-2024 he has worked on Rivals: The Official Podcast for Disney+, The Traitors: Uncloaked for the BBC, and led on development of multiple projects for high profile talent and brands.

Prior to this, Jonathan was Senior Director of Digital Content and Production at Paramount where he was responsible for digital commissioning strategy, production policy and editorial oversight for MTV Entertainment Group brands.

He was previously Head of Short Form at ITN Productions and began his career in radio, at Heart London.
