Matt Crook founded Studio Crook in 2021 – a scripted and unscripted company that has produced: Bottom Exposed, Hancock – Very Nearly An Armful, Josie Gibson Xmas Unwrapped and Bradley Walsh: Cosmic Code as well as creating the Comic Relief Xmas Pantos for the BBC and Love Not War with War Child and Choose Love.  

Matt started his career working on The Big Breakfast, Big Brother 1 and The 11 O’ Clock Show before establishing Crook Productions in 2001 and creating: The Real Hustle, Thief Trackers, and Honey I Bought the House. Crook Productions was sold to ITV in 2021. 

In 2023 Channel 4 invested in Studio Crook and the company became part of the C4 Indie Growth Fund portfolio.
