Nazleen Karim is Creative Director at CPL Productions and is also a BAFTA nominated Executive Producer on Netflix’s Love is Blind UK. In a TV career spanning over 20 years, she’s worked as both a producer and director on studio shows such as Strictly Come Dancing, to global reality hits Britain’s Next Top Model, Big Brother, and The Biggest Loser.  

As Executive Producer on ‘Made in Chelsea’, Nazleen evolved the shooting and edit style to keep the long running series feeling fresh and authentic, and on ‘Love is Blind UK’, she was keen to lend a distinctly warm and funny British flavour to this global juggernaut. 

Nazleen is an advocate for authentic representation and is passionate about giving a platform to female shooters, crew, editors and directors, as well championing underrepresented communities both on and off screen.
