'Ros Edwards is Head of Programmes at Honey Bee, a fully independent regional production company making popular unscripted factual programmes for a wide variety of broadcasters.  

Ros co-founded Honey Bee in 2020 and has overseen numerous shows including, ‘Ross Kemp: Mafia and Britain’ (Sky HISTORY), ‘The Bus Driver: Britain’s Cocaine King’(Discovery +), ‘Britain’s Tiger Kings’ (ITV), ‘Around the World in First Class’ (Ch5), ‘Shipwreck Treasure Hunters’ (Sky HISTORY), ‘Frontmen’ (Reelz), ‘The Secret Life of Bees with Steve Backshall' (Ch5) and ‘Tom Read Wilson’s Magnificent Journey’ (Ch5) 

Honey Bee focuses on making entertaining and engaging programmes that give audiences a better understanding of the world through great storytelling. 

Ros started in children’s television and spent most of her career in various roles at the BBC and ITV. However, being part of Honey Bee now means keeping bees is also a key part of the job and Ros has her own hive!’
