Shayna is the Development & Production Executive at global production company ATS, which specializes in competition reality, adventure, and physical game shows. She has over 15 years of experience in unscripted development and physical production for leading indies like All3Media America and B17 Entertainment. 

Shayna spearheaded the launch of ATS Originals in the UK and now oversees partnerships, co-productions, and production operations for ATS internationally. She also oversees the development and sales of original ATS show formats.
