Susanne Curran is an award‑winning Executive Producer of Unscripted content (RTS and BAFTA Scotland), with a distinguished track record across major UK and US broadcasters including BBC, Channel 4, ITV, Channel 5, A&E and PBS. She specialises in Documentary and Specialist Factual programming, bringing more than 20 years of experience across both Production and Development. 

Over the last 15 years, Susanne has held senior creative leadership roles including Executive Producer and Head of Development at BBC Studios and Wild Pictures, Head of Factual at Burning Bright, and Executive Producer at Brinkworth Productions. She has a proven ability to devise bold, conversation‑starting single films, build successful returnable formats, and secure multi‑season commissions across global markets. 

Her credits span critically acclaimed and high‑impact titles such as Accused: Guilty or Innocent? for A&E; 100 Vaginas, Me and My Penis, and Women Who Kill for Channel 4; Mr vs Mrs: Call the Mediator plus specialist factual hits A Merry Tudor Christmas, Restoration for BBC Two and PBS; and multi-season commissions of The Cruise, The Zoo, Kids/Brits Behind Bars for ITV; alongside a rich slate of talent‑led BBC Arts programming.
