Tom Payne is the Managing Director and co founder of Spud Gun Studios, an independent UK animation studio building the future of young adult entertainment for the digital era. Through its flagship channel Mashed, which reaches over 7.5 million followers and has generated billions of views, the studio develops original series and creator led IP designed to live natively online, while also working commercially with some of the world’s biggest video game studios. 
 
Tom has worked in digital media since 2008. A BAFTA nominated Creative Director and Executive Producer, he has led content teams and built audience first brands that combine creative ambition with sustainable, platform native strategy.
