Will Trotter, one of the UK's most experienced and prolific Drama Producers, founded Mill Bay Media in October 2024, backed by leading indie 53 Degrees Global .
Prior to setting up Mill Bay Media, Will spent over thirty years in house at the BBC as a Senior Drama Exec. He developed and produced a raft of highly popular, returning series including Land Girls, Father Brown, WPC 56, The Coroner, Shakespeare and Hathaway: Private Investigators and The Sister Boniface Mysteries. The Canterville Ghost, a four part series based on the Oscar Wilde Novella, was Will's first production for BYUtv.
Will has a strong reputation for delivering warm, pre-watershed, family shows with international appeal. In 2023 The Royal Television Society awarded Will the prestigious Baird Medal for Individual Creativity and Innovation.
